3. To participate in the exhibitions, fairs, seminars, conferences and other similar events taking place in different parts of Poland as well as Nepal. 
4. For amicable and friendly settlement of trade disputes arising out of business between two countries or associates through conciliation and arbitration whenever necessary. 
5. To foster cooperation and establish new trade relationship between two countries NPCCI will arrange the official visit time to time. 
6. Take possible, feasible steps to promote trade, industry, investment, business tie-ups with our members and different Polish organizations and companies etc. 
7. Information/Consultancy to all visitors in the Secretariatfrom Poland and Nepal with as much satisfaction to them as possible from our available infrastructure, advise them about the concerned agencies to be contacted and sources of information for their proposed business.
